After a nice hard run yesterday, I was STARVING but I know I’m not suppose to eat a big meal for din dins. Plus, I was feeling super lazy.
Here’s whatcha need.

This is very easy!
- 1 whole wheat english muffin – 120 calories
- 4 leaves of baby spinach – 5cal
- 4 cherry tomatoes – 10 cal
- 1 tsp of pizza squeeze sauce – 20 cal
- 1/8 cup of mozzerella cheese – 40 cal
= roughly 195 calories… so a delicious dinner for under 200 calories! Perfect for a post run dinner!
